Ukuhlaziywa kwe-SWOT kusetshenziselwa ukukhomba amandla, ubuthakathaka, amathuba, kanye nezinsongo ezihlobene nenkampani yakho, iyunithi noma iqembu, noma umkhiqizo, insizakalo noma uhlelo olubhekene nalo. Ukuhlaziywa kwe-SWOT kukuvumela ukuthi ugxile ezindaweni ezithile bese uthola izenzo ezingasiza ekwakheni amandla, ukunciphisa noma ukuqeda ubuthakathaka, ukwandisa amathuba, nokubhekana nezinsongo.

Indlela Yokuqhuba Ukuhlaziywa Kwe-SWOT:
1. Khetha umuntu ukusiza ukuhlaziywa kwe-SWOT. Ngenkathi umphathi, ithimba noma umholi wephrojekthi angahola ukuhlaziywa kwe-SWOT yabo, kuvame ukusiza ukusebenzisa umgqugquzeli ozimele ukuze akhulule umholi ukuba ahlanganyele ngokugcwele futhi angafaki ukufaka okuvela kwabanye.
2. Qinisekisa izinkampani zenkampani noma amandla

9. Phinda Izinyathelo 2-6 ngezinsongo
Izindawo zokusongela zihlanganisa: ukungena komncintiswano omusha, umthetho noma imithethonqubo ezokwandisa izindleko noma ukuqeda umkhiqizo, umkhiqizo owehlayo noma imakethe, njalonjalo.
